The Rangiora Scout Group is calling on local businesses and kind-hearted community members to help support their upcoming fundraising raffle.
Home to over 80 families across Rangiora, Woodend, Pegasus, Ravenswood, and beyond, the Rangiora Scout Group offers kids a chance to learn new skills, explore the outdoors, and grow in a safe, screen-free environment. Entirely volunteer-run, the group works hard to keep fees low so more families can take part.
This July and August, they’re running a raffle to help with costs of running the Scout Den and keeping fees affordable. The draw will take place on the 1st of September. They’re seeking donations of goods, vouchers, services, or experiences to offer as prizes. Tickets will be $2 and there is also a firewood raffle going for $5.
