A supportive, community based feel good fitness class designed to help you stay active, steady and strong. This music powered one-hour session combines movement with and without chairs, balance work and gentle strength exercises using light weights, resistance bands and more to target key muscle groups that support everyday life. Low impact. With mature movers in mind this class is suitable for all abilities and levels of fitness.

Fun, great music, low impact but medium intensity. Suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness. Opportunity for solos or just being part of the wider group. Our tutor will meet you where you are and ensure the class is challenging but still a load of fun for everyone.
