A supportive, community based feel good fitness class designed to help you stay active, steady and strong. This music powered one-hour session combines movement with and without chairs, balance work and gentle strength exercises using light weights, resistance bands and more to target key muscle groups that support everyday life. Low impact. With mature movers in mind this class is suitable for all abilities and levels of fitness.

A fun social class for people who would love the opportunity to belt out their favourite musical theatre number and learn how to perform it with movement and character. The class will work on a range of different musical theatre numbers, learning to sing them numbers and then stage them with acting as well as some company choreography. Opportunity for solos or just being part of the wider group. Our tutor will meet you where you are and ensure the class is challenging but still a load of fun for everyone. A fantastic class for those wishing build confidence or those wishing to step back into the world of musical theatre after some time away.
