Based at John Knox Community Centre, corner of King & High Streets - relaxed friendly group for stroke survivors and carers. Tuesdays 11am - 2pm Includes physio exercise and speech/communications sessions A lunch outing every 4th Tuesday of the month.

Rangiora TFI is a satellite club of Christchurch’s largest fencing club, The Fencing Institute, and welcomes both new and experienced fencers aged 12 and up. We run a weekly session every Tuesday evening from 5:30–7:30pm, held at the Parish Church Hall on Church Street, Rangiora. If you’re curious about fencing and want to give it a go, we offer three free introductory sessions.
